Right of withdrawal

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with any accessories and original packaging, where present.

Return shipping costs

• In case of change of mind, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• If the product received is damaged, defective or different from the one ordered, return shipping costs will be entirely at our expense.

Vintage and used items

Vintage watches and used items may show normal signs of age.

Any aesthetic characteristics clearly indicated in the description and visible in the photographs do not constitute grounds for return.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the timeframes set by banking institutions.
